Viral videos have become a form of serious entertainment for many people. In contrast to television, viral videos are short blips of entertainment that can be served in well under three minutes. When being compared to a 30 minute to one hour television show, one may wonder if viral videos are out to make television a dying breed.

Can uncut music videos, funny prank videos, and funny football videos provide us with the entertainment we need? Viral videos have their time and place. During a short break at work or in between classes, viral videos can be like television, without the long term commitment. Therefore, funny prank videos can provide us with a quick laugh, rather than watching a comedy that makes us watch various amusing situations over a period of time.

Also, funny prank videos are easily sharable to family and friends. Within a short period of time, everyone's experienced a viral video and has a conversation piece to discuss. Also, television has been taking advantage of the online audience through posting television shows online.

Perhaps, the internet won't prove to be a detriment to the entertainment industry. Maybe it should be looked at as another tool to be used, rather than an enemy.

<img title="uncut music video" alt="uncut music video" music video" src="http://www.moguling.com/Upload/247videos.mobi/4QCAPF8FDNCA67K1O3CA264HFQCAVJM04SCAY5U6C5CAV3DXQCCAMYXX6NCAQBV1SWCA003VY0CA2TOZRNCAP65X5UCAHZ86LPCAMTSWN8CAHXQBYYCAGDGQESCAUJTJAZCA8XG7PACABEM7JOCABY7FHX.jpg" />Social networking sites on the Internet are great ways to launch your own uncut music video, and show the world your musical talents. You can make uncut music video of your performance pretty easily with a digital camcorder or camera, and upload them to sites like youtube or myspace, tell your friends about them, and they can use the viral power of these social networking sites to spread the news of your talent, whether you are a songwriter, musician, or both. More than one struggling musician has launched an uncut music video and been recognized by talent scouts in the industry.

When you shoot your video, make sure you make it in a quiet, attractive environment. You don't need a studio to shoot it in, but taking account of the acoustics of a room will make a difference in your sound's quality. Recording it in a place with ceramic tile floors and little else to dampen some of the sounds your instrument creates will make for a muddier sounding video. If you can't provide a good environment for the music video, ask a friend or family member who has a better environment for capturing sound.

Even if you are not familiar with the band, I bet this uncut music video will spur some memories. This punk band came out of Austin Texas in the mid nineties and left that decade with a few classic songs. As you will see in the uncut music video attached, the band uses out there ideas to create a story around their song. All of their uncut music videos are just as random as they are creative.

Pepper was the Butthole Surfers take on Lou Reed’s classic song, Walk on the Wild Side. The song follows the lives of 10 people and either how they die or how they narrowly escaped death. Sung in a radio friendly way, Pepper was a smash hit when it was released.

If you have any idea why this uncut music video is called Pepper let me know. I have been thinking about this and can’t put two and two together. There are many interpretations of exactly what this uncut music video represents but it defiantly circles around being young and reckless.

Burnside is arguably one of the best blues musicians out there. He has a long list of albums with recordings going all the way back to the 40’s. The uncut music video featured above is one of my favorites off the 2004 Bothered Mind album. As you will hear during the uncut music video, the Goin Down South enlists the vocals of Lyrics Born. This is the second song on the Bothered Mind album that features Lyrics Born. Kid Rock is featured on another track of that album called My Name is Robert Too.

There are plenty of uncut music videos featuring R.L. Burnside’s music and interviews on YouTube. I suggest watching a few of them to get a better idea for who he was. Burnside died in 2005 at 78 years old due to health issues. He is known for his Mississippi style that uses electric guitars and a back beat heard in his later works.

I hope you enjoy this uncut music video. I was recently turned on to his music and can’t get enough. He was married to his wife for almost 55 years before passing away.

<img title="" alt="uncut music video" music video" src="http://www.moguling.com/Upload/247videos.mobi/RamonesLive.jpg" />
If you love watching live music performances, then you know that watching an uncut music video is probably the next best thing to seeing your favorite performers live on stage. There's just something special about watching an uncut music video that shows a band like, say, the Ramones, or one of the other punk bands unleashing their furious attack on a stage. It's got an immediacy and an energy that just can't compare with a more polished, edited presentation, no matter how skillful or well-edited. Personally, I totally prefer an uncut music video to anything else because it's the most like watching a live performance. I've seen plenty of concert films that were shot with multiple cameras and fluidly edited to create a dazzling overall effect, but my personal preference is to see an uncut music video because it shows in an unchanged, unvarnished way, what actually occurred on the stage that night. It's absolutely the best substitute if you can't be there at the club or performing venue that night. I dont' care if the camera is shaky or the sound isn't perfect, an uncut music video is my favorite way to see my favorite performers.

On that album are many different songs that range from upbeat to Who’s Gonna Save My Soul? which is more of a mini-episode then an uncut music video. The uncut music video opens up from the perspective of a boy who has his hands covering his face as his girlfriend gives him excuses to why she has to break up with him. He then calmly begins to speak, asking the waitress for a plate he uses to place his heart on after stabbing himself in the chest and pulling it out. All the while Gnarls Barkley is smoothly singing in the background.

The weirdest part about the uncut music video is how nonchalant they are about it. He gives an awesome definition of what it means for his girlfriend to break up with him. Just as the girl realizes what she has done to her ex, the heart sprouts legs, arms and a mouth, picks up a piece of broccoli and starts singing to the diner. This is the most creative uncut music video I have seen in awhile and after watching a couple other videos from Gnarls Barkley’s new album, I am convinced he is one of the best artists in terms of thinking outside the box.

I have spent some time wondering why we laugh at funny prank videos that show the embarrassment and mild misfortunes of other people. I think that we laugh because of a twisted kind of empathy. I think I find funny prank videos amusing because I imagine how uncomfortable or embarrassed I would feel in that same situation, but at the same time I’m relieved that it is happening to someone else and not me.
I must admit that I love most funny prank videos even though they can be rather cruel and immature. One of the things that I like about funny prank videos is that they often transcend language. For example, in the clip above you don’t have to understand what the man on the treadmill is screaming to get a laugh out of it because you can hear the panic in his voice. Furthermore, the way he moves in the futile attempt to keep up is also hilarious. It may be an indication that I have a bit of a mean streak, but I have to admit that I laughed so hard when I watched this clip that my belly hurt.

I'm not really too big on the funny prank videos that scare little kids, but I have seen some Halloween videos that were a hoot, including one where a scarecrow on a porch comes to life and scares the crap out of some trick-or-treaters. Of course, the scarecrow gets his comeuppance when he scares a grown man and the guy freaks out and punches him in the face. That's one of the funny prank videos that I really cherish. Animals funny prank videos are fun, too, as long as the animal isn't hurt. Has everyone online seen the one with the cat clinging to the ceiling fan until it is spun off? Ouch! I hope that poor kitty wasn't hurt. Personally, I like the funny prank videos more than the funny football videos and other sports videos you see, though I have seen some amazing tackles, flips, and pratfalls in funny football videos. Still, loving a good practical joke as I do, I really love funny prank videos the most.

I like playing practical jokes at home and have done since I was a child. For example, when I was a kid I encouraged my teenaged cousin’s handsome young boyfriend to try a teaspoon full of red hot Tobasco sauce. He was foolish enough to trust me just because I looked innocent. When he tasted the hot sauce her turned as red as a beet and started coughing. He looked like he wanted to strangle me. His reaction was priceless.
I’ve been inspired by many of the funny prank videos I’ve watched. However, I couldn’t replicate the above clip even if I wanted to. This is one of the more amusing funny prank videos I’ve seen. In this clip, various people use a portable toilet which is situated outside and emerge to find themselves in an office in which a meeting is taking place. The look of confusion and embarrassment on the faces of the victims when they come out is hilarious. Unfortunately this is one of the funny prank videos I don’t envision myself being able to duplicate anytime soon, although I wish I could.

A Legend Among Funny Prank Videos

http://www.247videos.mobi/2008/July/A-Legend-Among-Funny-Prank-Videos.htm

There are many great funny prank videos on the web. If you have a mischievous sense of humor and want to have a laugh, I recommend watching a few of these funny prank videos to pass a rainy afternoon one day.
When you were a kid did you ever play the game of knocking on other people’s front doors and then running away? I must confess that it’s a game I used to enjoy. I got a buzz out of the idea that I might get caught. If you played this childhood game, you’ll probably be amused by one of the funny prank videos I’ve seen on the web. You can watch it in the above clip. The premise of this prank is to knock on a stranger’s front door and not run away, then see how long you can keep their attention.
The prankster in this video knocks on three separate doors. The last person whose door he knocks on is the funniest. I don’t recommend watching this video if you are easily offended by bad language. However, if you get a kick out of seeing other people get angry, you will enjoy this more than many of the funny prank videos on the web. The last person he chooses as his victim is an overweight woman with an attitude. She is not at all happy about this invasion of her peace and privacy, and it shows. Indeed the prankster is lucky the woman does not strike him. I find this clip more amusing than many of the funny prank videos because I think my reaction to such a prank would be similar to the woman’s, though I probably wouldn’t use bad language.

I am not sure what country these funny prank videos took place in but would guess that it is in Spain or Brazil. Let me know if you understand the language. The idea is pretty simple: put a large, suspicious looking box in the middle of a busy thoroughfare, cut a face level hole in that box and place a couple chanting men inside the box. The chanting attracts curious people and when they stick their head in the box to see what all the commotion is about a pie is tossed in their face.

Curiosity may not have killed the cat but in this case, it left people with crème all over the face. Humor is universal no matter if you can understand what is being said or not and these funny prank videos prove that. I am surprised more people didn’t try to tear down the box to get to the people inside. A pie to the face, midday is never a good look.

They are excellent ice breakers--they'll get the guys laughing and bonding.

Make sure you've got some good man snacks scattered about for them to munch and forage on, and have something cold for them to make it all slide down.

You'll have no problem breaking the ice at all. In fact, you may even find that some of the crew will want to keep watching those funny prank videos, or they'll ask for more of those funny football videos.

Yes, you can surf online sites and download individual clips until you black out, but that takes time, unless you're extremely organized and you've filed all of the downloads for viewing--and who has the time to do that?

So, you'll be miles ahead the next time you've got a group coming over to have already purchased some funny prank videos so that the show can roll as soon as the guys roll through the door.

Funny Prank Videos from House Hackers

http://www.247videos.mobi/2008/June/Funny-Prank-Videos-from-House-Hackers.htm

Attached above is a video that will show you new pranks to do on your roommate from our friends at Household Hacker. You will quickly notice that that the funny prank videos above are for April Fool’s Day but they can be used on any day of the week. There are three different ideas to take from in the funny prank videos above. As the video suggest, users must do these pranks at their own risk or should I say at the risk of the person being pranked.

The first prank shown is simple and only somewhat funny. Putting a small table over someone that is sleeping and then blowing an air horn is sure to bring in consistent results but there is no telling how mad they will be at you after it is over. I can say that I am happy that the people that made these funny prank videos aren’t my friends. The toilet prank is ingenious. I have seen something like this done with a car’s windshield wiper fluid hose but this is the best way to prank someone when in the comfort of their own bathroom.

YouTube is the top spot for uncut music videos. Actually, let me rephrase that. YouTube is the top spot forparodies of uncut music videos.

If you want quick entertainment, visit YouTube for a variety of videos, from funny prank videos to funny football videos. Even the most respectable videos haven't been left untouched by humor. For example, Michael Jackson's uncut music video "Thriller" has inspired various funny viral videos. This essentially means that the viewership of the videos have spread like wildfire. These videos are proof of the international phenomenon of viral videos.

What video has almost defeated the viewer count for the uncut music video for "Thriller"?

Jackson's uncut music video "Thriller" has so far received 15,991,334 viewer hits. The famous "Thriller" dance in a Filipino jail cell has received a close 15,404,336 viewer hits (see above). Of course, the numbers are constantly fluctuating. At one point, the Filipino version defeated its authentic counterpart.

The Indian parody of the uncut music video "Thriller" has brought 9,856,071 viewers. This amusing Bollywood portrayal of Michael Jackson has both puzzled and amused viewers across the world

Sexy Britney Uncut Music Video

http://www.247videos.mobi/2008/May/Sexy-Britney-Uncut-Music-Video.htm

When we see music videos on TV all we see is a condensed and edited version of what the real video looks like, but you can find uncut music videos online that will allow you to catch videos like they were meant to. This Britney spears video came out a while back, but this uncut music video version of her song Oops! I Did it Again is a lot sexier and a lot more entertaining. You can actually catch the edited version on youtube and then compare it to this uncut music video version so you can see all the things that the television networks take out. The cool thin about catching the uncut music video version of your favorite songs is that you get to what the artist wanted his or her video to be. When you are looking at the uncut music video version of your favorite song you know you are looking at pure art—untouched and unaltered. Some of the television channels will let you see uncut music videos, but they will do it late at night and who wants to wake up in the middle of the night to see a video. All you have to do is get onto those social video sites like youtube and do a search for uncut music video and you will find lots of uncut videos. Don’t be satisfied with the canned videos on television and make sure to always see videos like they were meant to be watched.

Funny Prank Videos: Living Dead

http://www.247videos.mobi/2008/May/Funny-Prank-Videos-Living-Dead.htm

Funny prank videos are always worth a watch and that is especially true with the one posted above. I just ran across this one on YouTube but it looks like it was first posted on Ebaum’s World. You know the video is worth watching if Ebaum’s World puts their stamp of approval on it.

Here is the setup, a doctor in training is filming his experience during an autopsy. As he explains some background on his experience with autopsies, his buddies are hiding underneath the medical table. You can tell that this guy is thinking hard about what to do. That concentration is perfect for a great living dead response. The doctor to be is not sure what he is going to find when he starts the cutting but before he can find out the dead man on the table throws his closest arm to the doctor up. The response is the best part of funny prank videos and this one is classic.

The doc throws himself backwards, screams and disappears out of the frame. You could not ask for anything more from funny prank videos.
